Cosmo Developments, a joint venture between Flag Holding Group and Reportage Group, has unveiled 'THE WADI', a major mixed-use development on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. With an estimated investment of AED6 billion, the project plans to deliver 3,950 homes.
